LoadingTomás spent nine seasons in collegiate strength and conditioning before joining BASALT. He owns the testing protocol both programmes are measured against.

Tomás came from nine seasons of collegiate strength and conditioning in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, where his job was making a number go up on a deadline. He brought the testing discipline with him.
The assessment protocol every member goes through — body composition, resting heart rate, three strength markers, aerobic testing — is his, and he is the reason both training tracks share one set of measurements instead of arguing about which is fitter.
He works across both programmes and coaches the Sunday aerobic session. He holds an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential and a master's degree in exercise science.
